Should you wish to exchange or return an item, we offer a full refund policy, providing that the item is returned within 14 days, and it's in the same condition as when it was sold. All returns must be communicated with a returns reference, obtained and attached prior to an item being sent back.
Items purchased online can be returned via post or through our showroom.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items if the tamper proof returns tag has been opened or removed. This is to make sure the item isn't worn before it is returned. We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved, altered or personalised.
Xupes will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. This does not apply to faults or damages caused by neglect, accident or misuse. See our full terms and conditions for further information.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding
delivery costs, will be provided within 7-10 days upon the safe receipt of items. The liability for any damage incurred during transit
will remain with the sender. We recommend that all items returned back to us are sent fully insured.
