UK shipping is provided by Royal Mail Special Delivery and international shipping is provided by DHL Express Worldwide. We regret that we are unable to deliver to PO box numbers or freight forwarding companies.

International clients (including EU clients as of 1st January 2021) may be liable to customs and excise duties or taxes when purchasing from us. We are unable to waive these charges and they must be paid in order for you to receive your item. Rates are dependent on the country of residence, so please contact your local customs authority for detailed information.

Returns & Refunds

We're confident that you'll love your purchase from us, but we understand the importance of peace of mind when shopping online. If you decide you would like to return your item, we offer a 30-day returns period from the date of delivery, entitling you to a full refund or exchange.

To return a product, please follow these few simple steps:

  • Inform Xupes of your intention to return your item by contacting us at [email protected] (for Watch returns) or [email protected] (Handbag, Jewellery, or Accessory returns).
  • We will send you a returns reference.
  • In your original parcel you will find instructions on how to re-pack the items or download here.
  • Pack your box and send requested images or video to the email address used above, referencing your returns reference.
  • If you are returning a Handbag, Accessory or Jewellery item please contact [email protected] for information on how you can return the item to us.
  • If you are returning a Watch we will arrange for collection of your parcel and a label will be provided by the UPS driver on collection. Please ensure the UPS agent scans your package into their system and provides you with a receipt as this will act as proof of insurance. Only after the package is scanned into the system is it 100% insured and for insurance to be valid, you must follow the steps exactly in the packaging instructions.
  • Your package will arrive next working day with Xupes, pass through quality control and a representative will be in contact regarding your refund.
  • Refund will be issued.

All returns must be consulted with Xupes beforehand. Items must be returned in their original "as sold" condition. As part of our returns procedure, all items have to be inspected by our in-house experts (e.g. watchmakers for watches) to verify and confirm the original "as sold" condition of such item. Any deviation from the original condition which results in a value decrease of the item (e.g. scratch or missing box), will be deducted pari passu from the amount due to the client. We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved, altered or personalised. Xupes will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. This does not apply to faults or damages caused by neglect, accident or misuse.

Our watches all come fitted with a tamper proof VOID label that if removed, will void the returns period. The label shows a visible change when removed, therefore this cannot be taken off and reattached as this will also void your returns period. The sticker won't affect you trying the watch on for look and feel but will be visible whilst the watch is worn. Please note we will not accept the return of a watch which has been worn and you will not receive a refund should you return a watch you have worn.

Your payment will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost, upon the safe receipt of the items, and following inspection at the earliest possible opportunity and confirmation sent to you via email, but please allow up to 5 working days for funds to show in your account. The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender and all items dispatched by us will be QC'd and sent fully insured.

Any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded.

If you require any further advice, please contact us directly on +44 (0)1279 704 142.

Splitit Terms & Conditions

Splitit offers you a flexible way of paying for items in instalments, completely interest-free, by reserving the available line of credit on your credit card. Then, each month, according to your payment plan, Splitit collects the instalment amount and reissues the authorisation request for the remaining balance.

It is important to note that payments are still charged on your existing credit card. Splitit simply provides you the method to do this and information about the instalments. Here is an example of how the service works for a customer buying a £2,100 handbag in 3 instalments of £700 each:

Splitit obtains authorisation from the credit card company for the full purchase amount of £2,100. This is not a charge on the card; it is simply reserving £2,100 from the customer's line of credit.

  • The credit card company then charges the customer £700 for the first payment.
  • During the second month, Splitit requests authorisation for the outstanding purchase amount of £1,400, and charges the customer the second instalment of £700.
  • This authorisation and charge process continues until the full £2,100 is collected–in this case, for 3 months.

Each month the instalment appears on your statement as individual charge items with the name Xupes. These payments will appear monthly according to your instalment plan, with the same charge amount each time.

Your item is shipped after your first instalment has been processed.

WHAT CARDS CAN I USE?

You can pay using Splitit with a Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

Debit cards and pre-paid cards are not accepted.

AM I ELIGIBLE TO USE SPLITIT?

As long as you are using a valid Mastercard or Visa, a UK resident and purchasing an Item worth over £400 or more, you are eligible for Splitit

WILL IT EFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE?

No credit check is required if you use a Splitit instalment plan and there is no impact on your credit score. All the bank sees is the individual instalment charges each month. If one of your payment authorisations is declined, there is still no affect on your credit rating; it is simply a declined charge. The denial would simply accelerate payment of the remaining balance (unless you provide a different card which was not denied).
