YACHT CLUB Description And Technical Details
The IWC YACHT CLUB debuted at the dawn of the funky 1970s when the Swiss watch industry would go somewhat design quirky chasing rapidly changing tastes and fashions, the YACHT CLUB manages to be at the cutting edge and traditional.
IWC made full use of the sweeping lines of the case shape, similarities that were also found in other contemporary watches like the Omega Constellations and Heuer automatic Carrera.
DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL DETAILS
The YACHT CLUB’s heavy steel case is perfectly proportioned at 36mm X 44mm.
The movement is cushioned within the case Stainless steel water resistant 10atm.
Caliber 8541.
Mechanical movement, automatic winding.
Date indicator.
Centre second with stop device.
Vibrations/hr 19800.
Jewels 25.
Glass Acrylic.
Case 36mm.
Strap Width 18mm.
The overall condition of this vintage YACHT CLUB is excellent.
The 36mm diameter stainless-steel case does not show any signs of being over polished and the overall finish is beautiful. The silver baton dial is in excellent condition and is complemented by the contrasting straight shaped hands.
The brown alligator leather strap is showing minimal wear and is in very good condition, along with a stainless-steel deployment clasp.
This beautiful IWC YACHT CLUB is accompanied by its original IWC presentation box.
