This Calibre de Cartier W7100004 has a 44mm solid 18k Rose Gold case containing the 35 jewel in-house calibre 9907 MC, serial no. 11**. It has a central seconds chronograph function with a novel system of alternating flat red central chronograph hands indicating minutes. The remaining hands are blued steel swords, with a mixture of Roman and Arabic numerals in black. The numerals, minute markers and remaining black indices are black paint transfer onto the slate coloured, guilloche dial.
Sapphire crystal is used for both the caseback and front. Some slight marks to one of the lugs but otherwise the case is in excellent condition, with service paperwork dated March 2017 and full set of original box and manuals.
