Complete Your Reservation
Proceed to checkout. Here, you'll complete the transaction for your £200 refundable holding deposit. This deposit ensures your chosen item is held just for you and will be removed from sale.
Enjoy a 7-Day Reservation Period
Once your deposit is processed, your desired item will be reserved exclusively for you for the next 7 days. You have the freedom to complete your order at any time within this period.
Complete Your Order
During the reservation period, you'll receive a payment link via email. Use this link to pay the remaining balance, and the item will be yours!
No-Risk Guarantee
If you choose not to complete your order within the 7-day reservation period, your £200 deposit will be refunded in full. The reserved item will then be made available for sale again.

Delivery
UK OrdersWe offer a complimentary fully insured next day delivery service for all UK orders completed before 12pm, usually via Royal Mail or DHL. If your order is placed after this time, or during the weekend, your item(s) will be dispatched on the nearest working day. Please be aware that your parcel will require a signature upon delivery and tracking information will be supplied on the day of dispatch. Named day delivery options are available upon request.
International Orders
We offer complimentary fully insured delivery on all international orders, usually via Royal Mail or DHL. If your order is completed before 12pm (GMT) your item(s) will be dispatched on the same day. Please be aware that your parcel will require a signature upon delivery and tracking information will be supplied on the day of dispatch.
International orders may be liable to customs and excise duties or taxes when purchasing from us. Please be aware any charges will be the buyer's responsibility and handled directly with the chosen courier. Contact from the courier will be made during the shipment process and any charges must be settled for the goods to be released for delivery. Please note that we will not declare items below the sale value or as a gift.
In-store Collection
We invite you to collect your orders in-store at our Victorian Barn showroom by appointment only during our opening hours. Please note, photo ID and proof of purchase will be required for collection.
Returns & Refunds
We're confident that you'll love your purchase from us, but we understand the importance of peace of mind when shopping online. We offer an industry leading 30 day returns period from the date of receipt, entitling you to a full refund or exchange.
Please inform us of your intention to return your item(s) by contacting [email protected] for us to provide you a returns reference. Items must be returned in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Upon receipt, all returned items will be inspected by our in-house experts to verify and confirm condition. Please note, our items all come with tamper proof security labels or ribbons that if removed, will void the right to return.
Every item sold has passed a quality inspection to ensure it meets our stringent requirements, however, in the unlikely event an item is found to be faulty, Xupes will provide a full refund or exchange. This does not apply to faults or damages caused by neglect, accident or misuse.
Your original payment will be refunded following inspection of the item(s) and confirmation sent to you via email. Please allow 5 working days for funds to show in your account.
The return shipment is the buyers responsibility and the liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender. We recommend sending all items using a insured service. Any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and will not be refunded by us, any claims must be made directly with the courier.
