Product Details
An exceptional antique twin flame pottery oil lamp or early chamberstick mounted on a rounded pedestal base with carrying handle to one side, the rounded oil reserve with a central opening and with a double wich holder. The oil lamp originating from the Middle East is decorated in turquoise and black/brown glazes, the latter probably created naturally in the kiln. Provenance: from the personal collection of William Mehornay, Potter and artist.
