  • Recently consigned to us from an extensive single owner private collection we offer this superb and rare patterned art deco vase designed by Truda Carter for Carter Stabler Adams, Poole Pottery and dating from around 1930. This stylish earthenware vase stands on a narrow rounded foot with recessed base and is of squat rounded bulbous shape and hand painted with a stylized floral and zig zag pattern set with clouds and other designs in brightly coloured enamels with line designs top and bottom. The vase has impressed and painted makers marks to the base along with an impressed design number 208.
