The bowl has a domed cover with a crocodile finial. The body of the bowl has a moulded design around the base with black applications around the top section and handles. The domed cover also has moulded designs around the upper section with relief moulded black applied Egyptian motifs and with a contrasting black crocodile finial. There is a chip to the top edge of the bowl and a small chip to the foot rim with wear to the inside bowl. The crocodile has also lost the end of its tail.
