  • A scarce antique pair Chinese export Yongzheng plates painted in brightly coloured famille rose enamels with an official in a riverscape followed by an attendant dating from 1723 to 1735. These finely made porcelain plates are of rounded shape standing on a narrow rounded unglazed foot and are hand decorated with an official riding on horseback and crossing a river followed by an attendant carrying his sword and luggage. The landscape is painted with flowers and trees and is hand decorated in brightly coloured enamels. The plates have stained rims and are not marked.
