  • We offer this stunning antique Royal Worcester dragon mounted ewer applied with floral designs on a yellow ground and dating from around 1875. This large and stylish ewer stands on a narrow rounded foot with a rounded bulbous body and tall slender neck with a shaped rimmed top with a pouring spout. The jug is applied with a scrolling dragon with its tail and hind legs applied to the lower body and with its scrolling body forming the handle with its head wrapped around the neck. The dragon is decorated in a gilded brown colour. The body of the ewer is decorated with a fan shape design and applied with floral designs in gilded brown and set against a bright yellow ground. The vase has a gilded top rim with a green printed mark to the base.
