  • Fresh to the market we offer this rare and exceptional quality antique set of six matching cut glass salts and stands believed to date from around 1830 and possibly Irish. The salts are of eight sided rectangular form with diamond and prism cut designs around the edges and with notched rims and with prism cut bases. The stands with a slightly raised edge with a fitted central recess are similarly cut. The quality of finish is exceptional and rare to find in a set of six with stands. Possibly Irish although typically not marked these come with excellent provenance and were acquired from the Chapman Collection, Debden Manor.
