  • Xupes Reference CE100601
  • Age Circa 1875
  • Condition The strawberry dish itself is in excellent original condition without loss, damage or restoration and with only the typical surface glaze crazing commensurate with age. The jug and bowl have both sustained some damage and both have repairs. The sugar bowl has had its foot reattached with a few minor age hairlines and some minor chipping around the rim. The jug has had the handle and a small section to the pouring spout reattached and appears to have a repair to the foot. All said and done the set still presents well and the damages are not immediately obvious. A rare and stunning set and an absolute must for any discerning majolica collector!  View More Details
