  • From our personal collection we are delighted to offer this antique hand coloured daguerreotype of a young boy by William Edward Kilburn of Regent Street, London and dating from around 1845. The ninth plate size portrait is mounted behind glass and a gilded frame and set within a in velvet lined red leather case embossed in gold with the name of Mr Kilburn. One of several rare and sought after examples we are offering for sale. The daguerreotype is offered in fine overall condition.
