Payments To Xupes

We accept the following payment methods:

Personal Cheques

All cheque payments are subject to 10 working days clearance after cheque has been cashed.

Bankers Drafts

All bankers drafts are subject to 14 working days clearance and authentication.

Card Payments

We accept all major credit cards although all payments must be conducted using our secure online payments system provided by Sagepay by the cardholder only. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone. Payments may be subject to a holding period under which circumstance notification will be provided. We have a strict 3D secure rule base that means all you address and passwords must match the card being used. If you have any questions regarding this please call us to discuss.

Debit Cards

All debit card payments are free from any additional charge.

Credit Cards

We accept most major credit cards excluding American Express and Diners. All credit card payments attract a 3.50% handling charge of the total balance.

Cash on collection

Any amounts over £10,000 will need to be supported by two forms of ID and an explanation of where the funds came from (this is to comply with new money laundering laws). Payments in cash may also be deposited directly into our bank account.

All payments should be made payable to 'Xupes Limited' and cheques will have to clear before goods can be dispatched.

Shipping

We use various methods of delivery, some of which are offered completely free if products are purchased as advertised.

Watches & Jewellery Shipping

For watches & jewellery we offer delivery either by Courier with UPS or through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service dependent on weight and size.

The above free shipping services are included with all watches & jewellery. Allocation to UPS, Royal Mail Special Delivery, & Royal Mail International signed for is dependent on the level of insurance required, weight, and size of the package and will be confirmed with tracking details upon order completion. Goods of value over certain levels may require specialist shipping with increased insurance. Under these circumstances we may use other couriers and may require additional details for shipment. We can also facilitate same day and Saturday delivery at additional cost. Please ask at the time of ordering.

Art & Antiques Shipping

For art & antiques we offer delivery either by Courier with UPS or through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service dependent on weight and size the same as for our Watches & Jewellery.

Insurance

All items are sent fully insured.

 Local Taxes

All items are inclusive of all local taxes but may be subject to additional charges for importation and taxes local to the client. While we are not liable for these additional charges we do encourage clients to research these prior to purchasing items from us. We will make a full value disclosure, where required, on all items sent overseas and this is required to ensure proper insurance cover in sending valuable items.

Delivery Times

Art & Antiques will be dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment. Watches & Jewellery will be dispatched the same day payment clears providing this is before 3pm.

Guarantee & Returns Policy

In compliance with distance selling regulations we offer all clients the opportunity to return items within 7 days of receipt.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery costs, will be provided upon the safe receipt of items in the same condition as supplied. The liability for any damage incurred during transit will remain with the sender and all items dispatched by us will be sent fully insured.

We recommend that similar insurance be placed on items when returning them to us.

All returns must be communicated with a returns reference obtained and attached prior to an item being sent back.
